현대정신과 가정의 위기 그리고 가정에 대한 교회사회사업가의 성서적 가치관 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현대정신에 기초한 사회복지전문가치관과 이에 대립되는 성서적 가치관을 어떻게 통합하여 교회사회사업을 설정할 것인가를 가정이라는 주제를 통하여 토론하였다. 개인주의(individualism), 실용주의(pragmatism), 상대주의(relativism), 쾌락주의(hedonism), 물질주의(materialism) 등은 현대정신을 대표하는 철학적 사상들이다. 이 사상들은 현대가정의 위기가 심화되는 것에 중요한 영향을 끼치고 있다. 사회복지전문가치관은 현대정신에 기초하고 있기 때문에 현대가정의 문제를 치유하고 극복하는 데는 매우 한계가 있다. 성서적 가치관은 현대정신과 매우 대립되는 개념들로 구성된다. 교회사회사업의 가치관은 사회복지전문가치관과 성서적 가치관을 통합하여 설정되어야 한다.
연구자는 가정을 위한 교회사회사업의 가치관으로서 영성적 이타주의(spiritual altruism), 복음의 세속적 타당성(secularistic validity of gospel) 절대 진리의 상대적 적용(relativistic applications of absolute truth), 보다 높은 차원의 쾌락 추구(pursuit a high level pleasure) 영성적 공유(spiritual public ownership) 등을 제시하였다. 그리고 마지막 부분에서 이러한 가치를 가정문제에 어떻게 적용하여 실천할 지를 설명하였다.

Professional values of social welfare, based on modern ideology and biblical values are up against each other. This study is discussing on the way to integrate these two opposite values and how to establish a set of church social work values. These philosophical theories represent for the modern ideology: individualism, pragmatism, relativism, hedonism and materialism. These ideologies are having great effects on deepening the crisis of modern family. There is a limit to the professional values of social welfare to treat and overcome the problems of the modern family, for the value-system is based on modern ideology. The values of church social workers should be established on the integration of professional values of social welfare and biblical values. The researcher has brought up spiritual altruism, secularistic validity of gospel, relativistic applications of absolute truth, pursuit a high level pleasure and spiritual public ownership as a values of church social work. Also he suggested the proper way to apply these values to the family problems and practice it.
