해양바이오산업의 고용성장 특성 분석 -지역성장률시차분석과 변이할당분석을 이용하여- = Analysis of Employment Growth Characteristics of the Marine-Bio Industry : Using Growth Rate Differential and Shift share analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 해양바이오산업의 산업분류에 따라 각 지역의 고용성장 특성을 분석하고, 정책적 함의를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해양수산업 특수분류에 따라 해양바이오산업을 구분하였으며, 지역성장률시차분석과 변이할당분석을 통해 각 지역별로 2018년부터 2022년간 고용성장의 특성을 파악하였다.
지역성장률시차분석 결과 경북을 제외한 부산, 강원, 충남, 전남 지역은 해양바이오산업이 지역 고용성장에 기여하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 변이할당분석 결과 분석대상 전체적으로 고용성장에 긍정적인 효과가 나타나고 있는 것으로 파악된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of regional employment growth across various regions within the marine bio-industry, classified according to the industry's specific categorization within the marine and fisheries sector. The study also aims to derive policy implications from these findings. To achieve this, we examined employment growth characteristics in different regions from 2018 to 2022 using Growth Rate Differential Analysis and Shift Share Analysis. The Growth Rate Differential Analysis showed that the marine bio-industry made a positive contribution to regional employment growth in Busan, Gangwon, Chungnam, and Jeonnam, with the exception of Gyeongbuk. Overall, the Shift Share Analysis results were positive, reflecting the industry's favorable impact on regional employment.
