천무(天武),지통기(持統期)와 한반도(韓半島) = Tenmu, Jitou and the Korean Peninsula

本稿は三國統一以降, 日本と韓半島の關係を東アジアの國際情勢の變化の中で檢討することによって古代日本における律令國家成立の問題を再考察するものである。そのために, 『日本書紀』天武·持統紀に記されている韓半島關係記事の中で新羅の調の意味と舵羅と日本關係を中心に分析した。その結果, 新羅の調の意味は物産の心理的效果を狙って行ったものである。すなわち, 多くの貴重な物産を送ることによって自然的に新羅の國力を日本側に知らせたのである。一方, 舵羅が多くの使者を日本に送ったことも百濟の代わりに日本を朝貢國として求めたことではなく, 新羅を牽制するための側面が强かったと思われる。結論的に言えば, 律令的な對外規定は當時, 東アジアの國際關係の中で現實的に通用していたものではなく, 日本の支配層の自己規定に過ぎなかったことである。

This study intends to analyze the relationship between Japan and the Korean peninsula from the point of view of East Asia after the unification of the Three Kingdoms· Then, the formation of the ancient Japanese state of Ritsuryou will be studied· To achieve this, the meaning of Shilla’s Mitugi and Tamra-relevant articles in Nihonsyoki, Tenmu, and Jitou were studied· Consequently, in order to hold a dominant position in a newly-reformed international situation, Shilla appointed Anseung, who was from the kingdom of Goguryeo, as the king of Goguryeo, that is, focused on an establishing a world view that regarded Japan as a tributary state· Shilla engaged in produce diplomacy with Japan in the late seventh century to realize such an ideal· It gave Japan much admiration, but this soon changed to shame· Shilla’s efforts to make Japan a tributary state were not realized due to the rise of Balhae and conflicts with Tang· Besides, exchange between Japan and Tamra became a necessity after the unification of the Three Kingdoms· That is, Tamra failed to demonstrate a willingness to be under the control of Japan·
