한국수어판 벡 불안척도(K-BAI-SL)의 개발 및 타당화 연구 = Study on validity and development of the Korean version of Beck Anxiety Inventory-Sign Language version (K-BAI-SL)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean version of Beck Anxiety Inventory-Sign Language version(K-BAI-SL) for Deaf people impaired auditory and to examine reliability and validity. For development to the K-BAI-SL, the author, hearing sign language interpreters and deaf sign language interpreters revised original items of Korean-Beck Anxiety Inventory(K-BAI) to be suitable for the expression of sign language and the grammar so that the deaf person can understand. Based on revising text version for deaf people, the video version of the K-BAI-SL was made. 244 adult deaf people completed the K-BAI-SL. Results showed that total-item correlations and internal consistency were significant. Retest was conducted after 3 weeks for 30 of them and test-retest reliability was significant. 55 bilingual people who use Korean and sign language completed the K-BAI and the K-BAI-SL, concurrent validity was significant. Result of correlation analysis between the K-BAI-SL and the K-BDI-II-SL was significant(r = .68). Result of factor analysis showed 4 factors, this is similar to previous studies for hearing people. Finally, this study discussed implications and limitations.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 불안 수준과 심각도를 측정하는데 널리 사용되고 있는 한국판 벡 불안척도(K-BAI)를 청각 기능에 손상을 입은 농인을 위한 한국수어판 벡 불안척도(K-BAI-SL)로 개발하고 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 한국수어판 척도 개발을 위해 원저자와 수화통역사 및 청각장애인 통역사가 원문항을 농인이 이해하기 쉽도록 수어식 표현이나 문법에 적합하게 수정하여 수어-문자판으로 제작하였다. 이 수어-문자판 문항을 기반으로 수어 동영상을 제작하였다. 최종 개발한 한국수어판 척도인 K-BAI-SL을 만 18세 이상의 농인 244명에게 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 적절한 척도-문항 간 상관과 높은 내적 일치도가 확인되었다. 이들 중 30명에게 3주 간격으로 재검사를 실시하여 원판인 K-BAI와 유사한 정도의 재검사 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 또한 수어가 가능한 이중언어자 55명에게 K-BAI-SL과 K-BAI를 실시하여 두 척도 점수간의 상관을 통해 공존타당도를 확인하였다. 구인타당도를 확인하기 위하여 농인 244명에게 K-BAI-SL과 K-BDI-II-SL을 실시하고 상관분석을 한 결과 r = .68로 나타났다. 요인 타당도를 검증하기 위해 농인 244명의 자료로 탐색적 요인분석을 한 결과 청인을 대상으로 분석된 원척도의 요인 구조와 유사한 4요인 구조가 나타나 검사의 구인타당도를 지지하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 향후연구 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.
