혁신적 정책수단으로서 공공조달정책에 대한 고찰 = A review of public procurement policy as an innovative policy instrument

This paper focuses on examining the effects and challenges of support for small and medium-sized businesses through public procurement as an innovative policy tool. In Chapter 2, this study explains public procurement policy as an innovation tool and previous studies related to the impact and effect on the strategic use of public procurement, and Chapter 3 presents a research analysis framework to conduct case studies effectively. And in Chapter 4, improvement plans for the challenge were derived. This study breaks away from existing research that was limited to the analysis of causal relationships and influencing factors, such as whether public procurement itself contributes to the economy or to the productivity of small and medium-sized businesses, and seeks to provide a driving force (financial input) that can demonstrate the innovativeness of public procurement policy from a policy perspective.), the rationality of the goals and means of implementation, and the policy circulation effect. This is significant as an initial study that looks at public procurement from a policy perspective.
