The transition into the information and knowledge-based society has a great influence on the operation of a social system.
In the past industrial society, based on the principle of the division of labor, a system had rigidly been run between different functions and positions. The system's culture was authoritative and bureaucratic as well.
In the modern complicated and plural society, however, the operation of a system has been changing in an aspect of organizing or disorganizing workforce whenever necessary.
It has been common that a projected-focused system has been becoming short-termed and equalled rather than fixed and authoritative.
In the age of global competition where diversity and creativity are major priorities, a leadership requires voluntary and creative participation from members of the system.
It is retold that the leadership is continuously required into dividing the power with the members of the system, mineralizing the control over its members, promoting democratic participation.
Considering a leadership based on a traditional organization and custom, these demands are challenge on the leadership.
In this context, this essay make a comparative study on the effects between the types of the leaderships and the outcomes of the systems.
For research, SPSS/PC+ has been applied into a validity analysis for frequency and factors analysis. Invalid data are removed and reliabilities are analyzed.
To analyze the correlativity among data, a correlative analysis has been practiced. To examine a hypothesis, multiple regression analysis has been adopted.
In this study, a leadership style is set as an independent variable. It is examined how much depends on the leadership style on the employee's satisfaction. It is also observed how the job satisfaction works between teamworks.
The result of the study shows that employees have positive attitudes towards their duties when employees have been encouraged to have a chance of self-development.
This study exposed methodical limitations in the process of its research. It is necessary to consider that an in-depth discussion over correlation between factors is overlooked in this study.
