전문학술정보센터의 설립 및 운영에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Estabilishment and Operation of Specialized Research Information Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학에서의 전문학술정보 이용에서 나타나는 문제점과 국내외의 전문정보센터 운영사례에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 대학을 기반으로 하는 전문학술정보 인프라 구축과 전문학술정보센터의 설립 및 운영방안을 논의하였다. 전문학술정보센터의 설립 및 운영과 관련하여 구성, 기능 및 시스템의 접속방안 등이 구체적으로 제시되었으며, 전문학술정보 인프라 구축에 필요한 전문학술분야의 분류, 전문학술정보센터 지정 및 유지 관리 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방안들은 관련 정책을 추진하기 위한 참고자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이며. 또한 학술 및 연구분야 이외의 전문정보서비스 기관에서도 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has Investigated (1) how to develop a specialized research information infrastructure for universities and (2) how to organize Specialized Research Information Center(SRIC). For these, it has discussed problems of the specialized research Information and cases of the management of SRIC in Korea and the other countries. The structure. function and information access methods of the SRIC, are presented. Also, the designation and management issues of the SRIC, with a classification scheme of specialized research Information, are presented. The results can be used as a reference for the related policies, and a fundamental material for the management of other Information service centers.
