화학재 부품 제조 공정 분석 = Analysis of manufacturing process for chemical parts

국문 초록 (Abstract)

화학 원료를 가공 처리하여 기계류의 부속품을 생산할 수 있는 화학재 부품의 공장을 건설하는데 필요한 투자재원의 산출과 건설비 규모를 가장 합리적이고 신속하게 추산할 수 있도록 그 방법을 제시하고, 화학 원료에서 제품에 이르는 공정의 분석을 통하여 투자 적정성 여부를 결정할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다.
화학재 부품 공장건설에서 건설비의 간접비 부문이 다소 높은 비율을 차지함을 알 수 있었고, 특히 총장치구입비의 비중이 60 %로서 건설비 구성의 주류를 이루고 있었다. 인수추산법에 의한 추산 모델이 연구개발단계의 허용오차 범위 내에서 부품공장건설에도 적용시킬 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was carried out quickly to estimate the construction cost and the investment funds for a chemical parts plant at preliminary step. It was performed to correlate those factors resulting from the estimated construction cost to this model. This study shows that wquipment-delivered cost shares a major part of the construction cost --- about 60 % of the investment cost. And, the ratio of the indirect cost to the total investment cost was relatively high compared with other manufacturing plant. The model by the factored estimate was applicable in the range of the probable accuracy ratio for chemical parts plant at preliminary step.
