공주교대 9개 핵심역량 함양 정도 분석을 통한 교과․비교과 교육과정 개선: 1학년 학생들을 중심으로 = Improvement of curricular and extra-curricular programs by measuring and analyzing the nine core competencies of Gongju National University of Education -Focused on 1st year students-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 공주교육대학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 9개 핵심역량에 대한 검사를 실시하고 결과를 분석함으로써 신입생의 핵심역량에 대한 현황을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 핵심역량을 효과적으로 함양하기 위한 공주교육대학교의 교과 및 비교과 교육과정 프로그램의 개선 방향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신입생 강점역량은 ‘예비교사로서의 신념적 가치’, ‘상호존중적 공동체성’, ‘아동에 대한 관심’으로, 약점역량은 ‘학습관련 자기관리’, ‘조절적 자기관리’, ‘성향적 창의’로 조사되었다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 핵심역량 평균 차이를 살펴본 결과, 심미적 판단역량, 공동체역량, 의사소통역량, 가치설정역량에서 여학생의 핵심역량 평균이 남학생보다 높았다. 셋째, 입학전형에 따른 핵심역량 평균 차이를 살펴본 결과, 특수역량군에 속하는 가치설정역량, 교직전문성역량, 아동이해역량과 일반역량군에 속하는 공동체역량에서 수시로 입학한 학생들의 핵심역량 평균이 정시로 입학한 학생들보다 높았다. 넷째, 입학년도에 따른 핵심역량 평균 차이를 살펴본 결과, 특수역량군에 속하는 가치설정역량, 교직전문성역량, 아동이해역량과 일반역량군에 속하는 의사소통역량에서 2021년도에 입학한 학생들보다 2022년도에 입학한 학생들의 핵심역량 평균이 더 높았다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 핵심역량함양을 위한 교과 및 비교과프로그램의 개선 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to measure 9 core competencies for first-year students at Gongju National University of Education and analyze the current status of freshmen's core competencies. Based on this, we tried to look into the improvement direction of the curricular and extracurricular programs of Gongju National University of Education to effectively cultivate core competencies. The main results of this study are as follows.
First, the strengths of freshmen are 'value of belief as a pre-service teacher', 'community of mutual respect', and 'interest in children', and the weaknesses are 'learning-related self-management', 'self-regulatory management', and 'Dispositional creativity'. Second, as a result of examining the average difference in core competencies by gender, the average core competencies of female students were higher than that of male students in aesthetic judgment competency, community competency, communication competency, and value setting competency. Third, as a result of examining the average difference in core competencies according to the types of admissions, in value setting competency, professional teaching competency, and child understanding competency belonging to special competency cluster, and community competency belonging to general competency cluster, the average of core competency of students who were admitted early was higher than that of students who entered on a regular basis. Fourth, as a result of examining the average difference in core competencies according to the year of admission, the core competency average of students who entered in 2022 was higher than that of students who entered in 2021 in value setting competency, professional teaching competency and child understanding competency belonging to the special competency cluster, and communication competency belonging to the general competency cluster.
Based on the above research results, the direction of improvement of courses and extracurricular programs for core competency development was suggested.
