      Ⅰ. Purpose
      The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems through the comparison of teachers' and administrative staffs' perception on mutual role performance. In order to achieve the above purpose, the. following problems were formulated.
      Problem 1 : How is administrative staffs' perception about teachers' role performance?
      1) Are there differences of administrative staffs' perception about teachers' role performance according to administrative staffs' sex?
      2) Are there differences of administrative staffs' perception about teachers' role performance according to administrative staffs' career?
      Problem 2 : How is teachers' perception about administrative staffs' role performance?
      1) Are there differences of teachers' perception about administrative staffs' role performance according to teachers' sex?
      2) Are there differences of teachers' perception about administrative staffs' role performance according to teachers' position?
      3) Are there differences of teachers' perception about administrative staffs' role performance according to teachers' career?
      Ⅱ. Method
      The subjects in this study were 360 teachers from 3 district education offices randomly selected in Incheon and 165 administrative staffs from whole schools in Incheon. And the selection of the teacher subjects was made in consideration of the sex, position and career of teacher. And the selection of the administrative staffs subjects was made in consideration of the sex and career of administrative staffs. The questionnaire of teacher in this study was consisted of 18 items, the questionnaire of administrative staff was consisted of 20 items. The data were analyzed by the method of one-way ANOVA and t-test, and the significant level is α = .05.
      Ⅲ. Findings
      1. There was a significant difference in the administrative staffs' perception about teachers' role performance according to the sex of administrative staff. the male administrative staff showed more positive attitude toward the teachers' role performance than the female administrative staff.
      2. There was a significant difference in the administrative staffs' perception about teachers' role performance according to the career of administrative staff. teachers who have educational experience less than ten years showed more positive attitude toward the teachers' role performance than higher than teachers who have educational experience higher than ten years.
      3. There was a significant difference in the teacher' perception about administrative staffs' role performance according to the sex of teacher. the female teacher showed more positive attitude toward the administrative staffs' role performance than the male teacher.
      4. There was a significant difference in the teacher' perception about administrative staffs' role performance according to the career of teacher. teachers who have educational experience less than ten years showed more positive attitude toward the administrative staffs' role performance than higher than teachers who have educational experience higher than ten years.
