Modern society has changed out of unitary and conformity to pluralism and complexity. In diversified society, human being feels more complex emotion and requires various experiences, accordingly, dynamic space is required rather than standardized space. In standardized space, human perception becomes to accept monotonousness only without continuous change, as the result, only indifference will be brought about, losing "tension." Therefore, tension acts as a mental power to arouse interest in the space, which induces exercise during users" space experience and makes them feel varied sense, which can work as a measure to activate the space.
