마이스터 에크하르트(Meister Eckhart)의 버리고 떠나기(Abgeschiedenheit) 신비사상의 성격

The thesis aims at investigating the correlation between the mystical theory and practice in the Characteristics of Letting-go(Abgeschiedenheit), implied in a central theme in Christian mystical thought of Meister Eckhart(1260-1327/1328).
In his Mystical Theory of Letting-go thought, there is ‘God as One’, ‘God as absolute Nothingness’ and ‘God as Being’, ‘God as Intellect’. The Doctrine of the Soul is based on the five characteristics of intellect in the soul: separation, nothingness, purity, activeness and image of God. In his Mystical Practice, there is three-fold of poverty as follows: Letting-go, Letting-be(Gelassenheit), and Break-through(Durchbruch).
In his Letting-go mystical thought, Mystical Theory as doctrine of the theory of soul about ‘Separation’, ‘Nothingness’, ‘Purity’, ‘Activeness’, ‘Image of God’ in intellect has a close correlation with Mystical Practice based on Letting-go as ‘Non-wanting’, Letting-be(Gelassenheit) as ‘Non-knowing’ and break-through (Durchburch) as ‘Non-having’.
Therefore, a noble human being who has experienced the spiritual horizon transformed in a transcendental way breaks through into Godhead. Then one can finally be free from attachment and selfishness, intellectually recognizes the Birth of Son(Sohnesgeburt in der Seelen) in the Soul, shows one’s true self during one’s daily life, and lives a mystical life as a child of God whilst practicing a spiritual life with love.
