In order to cope with changes in the marine tourism market, each country has established facilities to enjoy various marine leisure tourism activities in one space, and it also introduces facilities and equipment for surfing and underwater leisure activities, which are rapidly increasing in popularity. In addition, it is revitalizing the marina, a marine leisure complex, and improving the quality of tourism products related to marine tourism using vessels such as cruise ships and coastal passenger ships. In addition, the company is promoting a strategy to upgrade and diversify tourism products to reflect market demand. However, the rapid growth of the tourism industry and the transformation of tourism forms caused several side effects. Among them, the recent problems are overtourism and touristification. Dissatisfaction among local residents is increasing as cruise tourism is activated around famous marine tourist sites. Congestion and soot caused by excessive concentration of tourists, inflation, garbage increase, and environmental destruction caused by tourists are bringing about social, cultural, and economic changes in the region, and also affecting the lives of local residents. As a result, famous tourist sites are preparing various measures to solve the side effects of overtourism. For example, the number of cruise ships and the number of daily tourists are limited, as well as the opening of part of the tourism route, the imposition of tourism tax, the time limit for tourism, etc.
