      4차 산업혁명으로 인해 일반적인 개념의 Information Technology (IT)를 넘어서 Artificial Intelligent (AI), Big data 등의 발전 을 가져왔고, 이러한 기술의 발전은 직원들의 근무 방식도 면대면 근무방식부...

      4차 산업혁명으로 인해 일반적인 개념의 Information Technology (IT)를 넘어서 Artificial Intelligent (AI), Big data 등의 발전 을 가져왔고, 이러한 기술의 발전은 직원들의 근무 방식도 면대면 근무방식부터 재택근무, 원격근무 등 유연한 근무형태까지 다양한 선택을 가져왔다. 또한 2020년 초기에 발생한 COVID-19는 경영환경에는 큰 변화를 초래였고 구성원들에게는 방역 정책의 실시로 인한 근무에 대한 방식이 변화되고 있다. 특히 COVID-19 상황에서는 원격근무의 형태가 증가함에 따라 업무에 대한 소통과 이해, 정보 공유에 대한 새로운 방안 마련에 대한 필요성이 대두되었고, 업무 중 직원들의 신뢰에 대한 새로운 의문점이 야기되고 있다. 원격근무로 인한 조직구성원 간의 불안감과 불신의 증가는 대인관계의 발전에 방해 요소로 작용할 수 있으며. 관계의 질에 대한 지식공유에 부정적인 영향을 미치게 되어 조직의 발전과 변혁에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 원격근무 환경에서 동료 신뢰 및 지식공유 간의 관계와 이러한 관계에서 개인의 행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 서번트 리더십, 직원의 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)에 대한 인식 및 원격근무 기간을 조절효과로 살펴보았다. 기업들이 지속가능한 경영전략을 중시하면서 내부 이해관계자로 직원들이 기업의 CSR에 대한 인식이 행동에 미치는 영향도 연구할 필요성이 있다. 연구 대상자는 중국의 IT 기업에 근무하는 316명 직원으로 구성되었고, 직원 간의 동료 신뢰가 지식공유에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 원격근무기간, 상사의 서번트 리더십 및 조직 구성원이 인식하는 조직의 CSR에 대한 조절효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 통계분석 결과에 의하면 동료 신뢰는 지식공유와 정(+)적 관계를 나타내며 서번트 리더십, 직원들이 CSR에 대한 인식은 이러한 정(+)적 관계를 정(+)적으로 조절하며, 원격근무 기간은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

      As a whole, Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data have advanced beyond the scope of information technology (IT), these innovations have paved the way for the changing landscape of working environments from face-to-face to remote work. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of remote working durations, supervisors' servant leadership, and employees' awareness of the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on information sharing of co-workers. The findings were as below. First, it was found that increasing trust between co-workers was directly correlated to increased information sharing. Second, this increase in information sharing was further impacted by two other variables found: a) servant leadership, b) employee perceptions of corporate CSR. Third, it was found that there was no significant correlation between increased remote working and information sharing.
