중국무술 유파(流派)의 형성과정과 의미에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 중국무술의 유파가 어떻게 형성되었는지, 형성과정의 특징과 의미가 무엇인지를 역사와 문화적 관점에서 근원적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 중국무술 유파의 형성은 근본적으로 혈연과 조상숭배를 중시하는 배타적 종법제도에서 기인하였으며, 또한 혈연집단에 준하는 조직성을 갖는 비밀결사조직의 형성과 원(元), 칭(淸) 시대 통치권의 민간에 대한 무술금지령은 무술로 하여금 비전과 비실전의 길을 걷도록 하여 무술유파 형성에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 전승의 형태는 비전을 중시하는 보수성과 기술검증의 상실이라는 폐쇄적 폐단이 있지만, 반면에 상대적으로 신중한 후계자의 선택과 기술의 창조와 심층적인 발전에 유리하였다는 긍정적인 면도 있다.

This study intended to originally explain on making process of china martial arts sect, the peculiarity and the meaning from historical and cultural point of view. Formation of china martial arts sect was originally caused by exclusive clan rules system that was important blood relation and ancestor worship. Also because of making system of the secret society have a organizing ability in proportion as blood relation group and martial arts prohibition order to popular in Yuan, Qing Dynasty, china martial arts initiated a successor into the secret and was not actual fighting. Thus, that had an effect on direct making of china martial arts sect. This handing down formula have a exclusive bad habit of conservativeness to the secret and lose of art verification method, but the other hand, that has a positive aspect as well that is profitable for careful selection of a successor, creativeness and intimate development of art.
