Press-hardening now offers a new possibility to produce high-strength and low-weight details from steel sheet. The hot pressing allows geometrically complicated details to be formed from thin sheet and the rapid cooling hardens them to strength of 1000㎬ or more. The main purpose of this research is a high temperature deformation property of boron steel. High temperature tensile test results observed phenomenon that oxidation layer of surface is come off by damage of Al-coating layer at 650-800℃, but in more than 800℃, is evaluated suitable HPF(Hot Press Forming) because elongation was increased and thermo-strength was decreased. Also, surface is not come off. Press hardening test results, more than 870℃ displayed tendency that hardness converges in fixed range(40~43HRC). Also, indicate that Al content drops rapidly in specification region of micro-structure (Al-depleted zone). And Al-depleted zone confirmed that hardness is low than other area. And galling degree of coating layer could confirm that receive direct effect ADZ surroundings behavior in temperature, and happened in ADZ that influenced in the galling according micro cavity behavior.
