한국과 중국의 산림관리시스템에 대한 비교연구 = The Comparative Study on Forest Management Systems between Korea and China

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국과 중국의 산림자원, 경제림, 소유별 산림면적, 국유림관리 시스템, 사유림관리시스템, 숲가꾸기 시스텀 및 산림경영 시스텀에 대하여 비교연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 중국은 산림자원의 분류, 경제림의 구분, 산림의 소유제도, 국유림의 관리주체 및 경영방법, 국유림의 경영지원조직, 사유림의 경영방법, 사업실행 방법, 전문기능 인력팀의 운영, 임업기계화 및 임도 에 대한 재정지원이 한국과 다르다. 그러나 양국은 산림관리시스템에서 유사한 점이 많으므로, 산림자원협력을 위하여 유익하게 활용할 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

This paper is a comparative study of forestry resources, economic forests, the ownership structures of forestry areas, the state-owned forest management systems, the forest nurturing systems, and forest operating systems between Korea and China in general, two countries are different in terms of the classification of forestry resources, the partition of economic forests, the management entities and operating methods of state-owned forests, the supporting organizations in the operations of state-owned forest, the operating methods of private forests, the enterprise implementation, the use of professional work teams, the forestry mechanization, and the financial support for forest roads. However Korea and China also have several similarities of forestry management systems. Therefore, both countries can beneficially use similar management systems in respect of international forestry cooperation.
