地方政府의 行政情報公開에 관한 硏究 : 淸州市의 運營實態를 중심으로 = A Study on the Freedom of Administractive Information in Local Government

In Korea, although some local government have performed the freedom of administrative information system partly, the freedom of administrative information system has not been performed in the state level, but that system will be widely accepted even in state level in the near future.
It seems that the system will bring some problems in its early stage of practical application. The goal of this study is to find out the problems abovementioned and to suggest the development ways in achieving the freedom of administrative information system. And this study tries to look into the present status of the freedom of administrative information system in Chongju city. The development ways which ary suggested in this thesis on the basis of the present condition of the freedom of administrative information system.
