      With the advent of Metaverse, orthodontic care is at the forefront of a revolutionary era. The integration of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Blockchain technology has materialized the digital realm, providing an immersive experience like never before. This article delves into the capabilities of Metaverse technology through a wealth of insights from dental practitioners. Through structured dialogue with these professionals, this study captures their perspectives, expectations, and concerns regarding the integration of Metaverse technology into the practice of orthodontics. The study identified key areas where Metaverse can facilitate patient engagement, treatment planning, and educational experiences within a safe and interactive framework. In addition, the study explored the challenges and barriers to adoption of the technology, including technology infrastructure, professional training, and patient acceptance. The survey reveals the tremendous potential of Metaverse to revolutionize orthodontics, but only if the service design is nuanced and aligned with the needs and preferences of all stakeholders. This study contributes to digital innovation in healthcare and fills a gap in scholarship on Metaverse-enhanced orthodontic services. It provides a visionary blueprint for orthodontic services that leverage the unique capabilities of the Metaverse, with the goal of significantly improving outcomes and patient experience.
