      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to propose an innovative educational model by integrating humanities and arts education in Korea, responding to the unprecedented challenges facing contemporary society. Despite the inherent connections between the attributes of humanities and the arts, the inclusive value and educational linkage of these fields have often been realized as segmented educational practices focused on social and personal objectives, rather than being directly connected to life itself. The research establishes the following specific objectives: (1) to explore the applicability of educational innovation in Korea through case studies of successful integrated arts practices both domestically and internationally; (2) to develop a model for integrated educational programs, particularly focusing on the connections between literature and theater, and philosophy and dance; (3) to propose strategies for expanding integrated education through the establishment of international, multilingual arts festivals and networks; and (4) to predict the sociocultural impact of educational innovation through the convergence of humanities and arts. The study primarily employs literature review and case analysis, beginning with a review of prior research on the integration of humanities and arts education in Korea and abroad. It analyzes exemplary international cases, including the Netherlands Dance Theater (NDT), ICK Amsterdam, Berlin Literary Action Group, and the Rodopi International Theatre Collective, as well as policy models such as Finland’s arts education curriculum and Germany’s Kulturelle Bildung. Based on these findings, the research designs a convergence model tailored to the Korean educational context and presents implementation strategies, anticipated outcomes, and policy recommendations.
