환상그림책에 나타난 老子의 有無相生 연구 = A Study on Lao-tzu's Yumusangsaeng based on Fantasy Picture Book

국문 초록 (Abstract)

환상그림책은 작중현실(作中現實)에 내포된 작중환상(作中幻想)의 개연성으로부터 출발한 사건이 현실과 환상이라는 각각의 공간을 질료로 내러티브를 제공한다. 특히 작중현실은 실재와 작중환상을 이어주는 ‘환상의 필연성’을 제공하는데, 실재의 결핍을 반영해 환상의 욕망실현을 이끈다. 또한 환상공간은 현실을 기준으로 구조화되는 순차적 특성을 지니고있으나 환상 속 사건은 현실과의 끊임없는 연결고리를 나타내어, 환상의 실현가능성을 내포하고 실재와의 혼돈을 꾀한다. 환상그림책의 환상이 갖는 ‘독자의 결핍인식과 욕망실현’의 역할은 프랑스 철학자 자끄 라깡의 욕망이론을 통해 살필수 있다. 라깡의 욕망은 ‘대타자의 욕망’으로써 ‘상상계’, ‘상징계’, ‘실재계’의 단계를 거치는 ‘은유와 환유’과정을 통해 발현되고 소멸되어 결핍을 남기고, 또 다른 욕망으로 대체 된다. 환상그림책은 이러한 욕망을 작중 현실에서 작중 환상으로이어지는 표면적 구조로 나타내며, 환상의 역할을 도출한다. 본 연구는 이러한 표면적 구조를 이루는 현실과 환상의 세부요소에 집중하고자 한다. 환상의 사건을 이루는 환상의 세부 요소는 현실과 환상을 넘나들며 마치 새끼줄이 꼬여있는 것과 같은 양상을 띠어 끊임없이 혼용되고 부딪히며, 이를 통해 환상의 역할을 더욱 견고히 한다. 이러한 환상의 사건을 이루는 ‘환상과 현실의 세부 요소’가 갖는 근원적 성향은 노자(老子)의 유무상생(有無相生)을 통해 이해할 수 있다. 세상이운영되는 근본원리(根本原理)를 일컫는 유무상생은「도덕경 道德經」의 도(道)의 원리로서 가장 작은 티끌에서부터 전 우주에 이르기까지 만물 운행의 근간이 된다. 그러므로 독자의 세상, 삶을 반영한 환상그림책의 사건이 유무상생의 원리로이루어져야 독자의 삶을 정확히 투영할 수 있으며, 환상의 역할에 충실할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In fantasy picture book, the event that started from probability of fantasy included in reality of work provides narrative with each space as the material. Particularly, reality of work provides 'inevitability of fantasy' that connects the reality and fantasy, which leads desire realization of fantasy by reflecting the lack of reality. Also Fantasy space has sequential characteristics that are structuralized based on reality, however the event in fantasy expresses continuous link with reality, which includes possibility of realization and plots confusion with reality. Role of fantasy, 'cognition of lack' and 'expression of desire' can study through desire theory of Jacques Lacan who French philosopher. Desire of Lacan by 'Other of desire' be manifested, be extincted and be substituted for the other desire through 'metaphor and metonymy' process go through stage of ‘the Imaginary’, ‘the Symbolic’ and ‘the Real’. Fantasy picture book appears this desire as superficial structure that connects the reality of work and fantasy of work. And it draw role of fantasy. The researcher intended to focus on the detail elements that compose this superficial structure. Detail elements of fantasy which compose the event of fantasy show the aspect as if they were entangled as a straw rope, continuously mixed and run against each other. Hang between reality and fantasy and consolidate the role of fantasy. This research intended to understand the original tendency that 'the elements of fantasy and reality' have, which compose the event of this fantasy through Lao-tzu's yumusangsaeng(有無相生). Yumusangsaeng which indicates the fundamental principle is the principle of truth(道) which Lao-tzu's Tao Te Ching(道德經). And it based on operation of all creation which from smallest dust to the whole universe. Therefore, readers' life could be exactly reflected when the events of fantasy picture book reflecting the readers' world and life are created with the principle of yumusangsaeng, also, could be faithful to the role of fantasy.
