Data were collected from 320 employeesworking at various companies in Korea and whose perceived overqualificationmediated the relationship between psychological entitlement and voice behavior, andwhere delegation moderated the relationship between perceived overqualification andvoice behavior. Specifically, the study found that the negative relationship betweenperceived overqualification and voice behavior is weak when delegation is high.
Futhermore, delegation moderates the mediating effect of perceived overqualificationon the relationship between psychological entitlement and voice behavior. Based onthese results, the implications and limitations of this study as well as suggestions forfuture research are discussed.
