It is no less important to identify limitation factors or barriers of emerging information technology or information systems than their success factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze limitation factors affecting user's dissatisfaction in ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and to identify moderators between limitation factors and dissatisfaction. A total of 190 effective samples were collected to test 6 hypotheses. The limitations for search, integration, information quality and service quality significantly affect user dissatisfaction with the ERP. Resistance to change plays a significant role as a pure moderator of the relationship between the limitation of system use and dissatisfaction, and self-efficacy does a quasi-moderator of the relationship between the limitation of integration and dissatisfaction. The higher self-efficacy users have, the lower their dissatisfaction with ERP.
