교대근무제의 성과제고를 위한 모형 = The Conceptual Model of the Effect on the Shift Work System and Financial/Organizational Performance

In this working environment, the Shift Work System is receiving attention for reducing the working hours and
creating more job positions. The Shift Work System has been the innovation of working environment and the
consulting business initiated by a government has been performed. The shift system reorganization is to increase
the number of shift groups so that the working hours can be reduced and operators have education and
training, therefore, the productivity will be improved. For example five groups shift system can make the
operators’ lives better, and the productivity will be improved at the same time. There must be more education
and training hours to activate the activity of innovation that led by the operators. If the company’s management
outcome can be improved by reforming the Shift Work System, it will not only reinforce the competitiveness,
but also durably create more job positions.
