      This purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of seniorbics program on the fall-related fitness and mental factors in the elderly women with experience of fall. For this study, senior women with experience of fall were divided into 2 groups (exercise group and non-exercise group), exercise group participated in the seniorobics program for 12wks. The results of fall-related fitness and mental factors were made a comparison between experimental group and control group. The results of this study were as in the followings. First, there was a difference of fall-related fitness factors(upper-body strength, lower-body strength, flexibility, whole body reaction, balance, and mobility) between groups. Second, there was a difference of fall-related mental factors(depression, falls efficacy, and fear of falling) between groups. Third, the effect size presented in the orders ofwhole body reaction, lower-body strength, balance, and depression. These results suggest that seniorobics program is effective exercise on the fall-related fitness and mental factors for the elderly women with experience of fall. What`s more seniorobics is enough to get agility above everything else. Therefore seniorobics would be a useful tool for prevention of repetitive falls in elderly women.
