자연경관 관리자로서 국립공원 관리공단 직원의 경관애착 = Landscape Attachment of Park Rangers as Managers of Natural Landscapes in the National Park

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 국립공원 관리공단 산하 각 국립공원 사무소 현장에서 근무하는 직원에 대하여 경관애착의 정도를 파악하고 관련된 요인들을 기술함으로서 국립공원 경관관리의 지속가능성을 증진시키기 위한 방안을 구상하는데 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위하여 국립공원 관리공단 사무소에 근무하는 공단 직원에 대하여 우편설문이 실시되어 총 137명이 응답하여 65.9%의 회수율을 보였다. 설문 측정 범주의 내적 일관성을 보여주는 크론바흐 알파(Cronbach’s alpha) 계수는 경관애착성이 0.81, 경관정체성이 0.83, 경관의존성이 0.80으로 모두 양호하게 나타났다. 국립공원 관리공단 직원의 경관애착의 정도는 대체로 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 높은 경관정체성과 경관의존성을 보이는 집단이 보통 수준의 경관정체성을 보이는 집단보다 높은 경관애착심을 지니고 있었으며, 두 집단 모두“나는 국립공원 경관을 볼 때 편안함을 느낀다.”에 경관애착 측면의 정도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 경관에 대해 특별한 애정을 갖고 자신과 동일시하는 경향이 강한 집단인 경우에 더 높게 경관에 대한 애착심이 형성되어 있는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 국립공원 경관의 기능적 측면에서도, 다른 경관과 비교하여 우수하다고 생각하는 집단인 경우 더 높은 경관에 대한 애착이 형성되어 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Landscape attachment plays an important role in managerial approach to the National Park. The purpose of this study was to explore landscape attachment of park rangers working at the National Park Authority of Korea, and to describe the factors related to the landscape attachment, which made the fundamentals for the sustainable management of the National Parks landscapes. A set of questionnaires were distributed to the park rangers by mail. Among them, 137 questionnaires were collected, which made a response rate of 65.9%. Reliability test for internal consistency was examined by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient that showed good reliability of landscape attachment 0.81, landscape identity 0.83, and landscape dependence 0.80. A degree of landscape attachment was moderately high. Both the group of high landscape identity and those of high landscape dependence showed high landscape attachment. In the side of landscape attachment, both two groups were related to “I feel relaxed when I see the landscape of the NP.” The group showing identification to landscape revealed higher attachment to landscape, and the group feeling a superiority to other landscapes also revealed higher attachment to landscape of the National Park.
