경관구성요소가 가로경관에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 고찰 : 대구광역시의 사례를 중심으로 A Case study of Daegu Metropolitan City = An Effect of the Representative Structural Components of Urban Landscape on the Roadside Landscape

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In addition to the function of the landscape for the joyful leisure, its primary and basic benefit to the residents in the urban area is to keep fundamental life of the human sustainable and its quality improved, leading to the philosophical and higher quality of life. Recently, the urban landscape and its design among the urban residents are considered to be critically important. Especially, the urban planning in terms of the comfort of the residents is becoming popular due to the following reasons: 1) increased interests of the local residents in the urban area on the living environment more comfortable and sustainable, 2) the preference of the life the public enjoying the culture and art rather than simple life seeking the earning of money itself. Therefore, the officials in charge of the administration of the urban city should improve the urban landscape and provide the benefits to the public residents in the urban area through the planning of urban city. In this study, the case of Japan where the urban landscape was well planned and constructed was cited and evaluated. Then, based on the their cumulative information and experience, this study may aid in guiding and establishing the future direction of administration policy for the better effective management of landscape in Korea. Downtown of Osaka was selected as a model of this study. Specifically, the effects of structural components of the urban landscape such as the roadside trees, electrical poles, commercial advertisement, and building office, etc, on the formation of a roadside landscape were quantitively evaluated and its results can be applied to the Korean urban area, if the well organized arrangement and polishing of the structural components of the urban landscape are to be accomplished.
