Cooper 등의 다차원 정책분석 모형을 통한 교육복지우선지원사업 정책분석 = An Analysis of Educational Welfare Priority Project Policy by application of Cooper’s multiple Policy analysis model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed education welfare priority support projects through using Cooper’s model of multiple policy. The survey was conducted on elementary and middle school teachers selected as the target school. The difference and correlation between factors were analyzed using independent sample t-testing and multiple regression analysis after dividing the education welfare priority project into several dimensions. The analysis found that respondents were highly aware of the value norms of education welfare on a normative level, but were less aware of lifelong education. On the other hand, at the structural level, we could confirm that the teacher culture needed to be improved, while the operational program was well-established. On a structured level, respondents said student participation was an important factor, and thought teacher participation was insufficient. Finally, the respondents recognized that the project's assessment on a technical level was lacking compared to other factors. These results are taken into account to provide policy problems and improvements to the education welfare priority project. It suggested the need to provide a manual for education welfare and priority support projects for each school class and to increase the participation of teachers and students.
