소형 예연소기 지상연소시험 장치

국문 초록 (Abstract)

다단연소사이클 로켓 엔진에서의 예연소기는 터빈과 연소기에 공급되는 가스를 발생시키므로 선행 개발될 필요성을 지니고 있다. 이를 위해 성능과 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 연소시험이 필요하며, 시험을 위한 지상연소시험 장치를 구성하였다. 시험에 사용되는 예연소기는 삼중 분사기를 적용하였으며, 연소압 10 MPa, 혼합비 60의 산화제 과잉 소형 예연소기이다. 계측은 혼합 헤드와 연소실에 정압, 동압, 온도센서를 장착하여 실시간으로 측정 및 저장이 되도록 구성하였다. 접촉발화성 추진제 공급 장치를 설비하여 시험에 필요한 절차를 간소화 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is necessary that pre-development of a preburner for a staged combustion cycle liquid rocket engine because the preburner generates a gas supplying to a turbine and a combustion chamber. For this, Ground combustion tests are needed to evaluate its performance and reliability and ground ombustion test facility was constructed for these tests. The preburner for the ignition test is oxidizer rich using a triplex injector and having designed conditions such as 10 MPa of combustion pressure and 60 of OF ratio. Sensors at the mixing head and the combustion chamber measure quantity and store it in real time. By constructing hypergolic fuel feed system, a sequence for the combustion test was simplified.
