      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 부·모의 심리적 통제와 우울의 관계에서
      경험회피의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하
      였다. 이를 위해 20대 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 부·모의 심리적 통제, 우
      울, 경험회피, 사회적 지지 척도를 사용하여 온라인 자기 보고식 설문조
      사를 진행하였으며, 수집된 314부의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자
      료는 SPSS 29.0과 PROCESS macro 4.2 프로그램을 사용하였다.
      본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
      첫째, 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 부·모의 심리적 통제, 우
      울, 경험회피는 서로 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈으며, 사회적 지지는
      부·모의 심리적 통제, 우울, 경험회피와 각각 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타
      냈다.
      둘째, 부·모의 심리적 통제와 우울 간의 관계에서 경험회피의 매개효
      과를 살펴본 결과 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
      셋째, 경험회피와 우울 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 살펴
      본 결과 사회적 지지는 경험회피와 우울 간의 관계를 유의미하게 조절하였다.
      마지막으로, 부·모의 심리적 통제와 우울 간의 관계에서 경험회피와
      사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의하였다.
      위의 결과를 종합하면, 대학생이 지각한 부·모의 심리적 통제가 높을
      수록 우울 수준이 높아지는 경향이 확인되었으며, 이는 경험회피를 통해
      더욱 심화되는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 사회적 지지 수준이 높은 집단에
      서 경험회피가 증가할수록 우울 수준이 급격히 상승하는 경향이 발견되
      었다. 이러한 결과는 사회적 지지가 단순히 보호 요인으로만 작용하지
      않고, 특정 맥락에서 경험회피와 우울 간의 관계를 강화할 수 있음을 시
      사한다. 이러한 결과는 부·모의 심리적 통제가 대학생 우울의 주요 요인
      임을 보여줌과 동시에, 경험회피가 이 관계에서 핵심적인 매개 변인으로
      작용한다는 점을 강조한다.
      특히, 본 연구는 사회적 지지가 보호 요인으로만 인식되던 기존의 통
      념을 넘어, 그 역할이 맥락적이고 복합적일 수 있음을 실증적으로 제시
      하였다. 이는 부·모의 양육 방식, 자녀의 심리적 요인, 사회적 지지의 상
      호작용에 대한 심층적 연구의 필요성을 제기한다.
      본 연구는 부·모-자녀 관계 개선과 경험회피 감소를 위한 상담 및 심
      리치료 개입 전략 개발의 중요성을 강조하며, 사회적 지지의 적절성과
      효과성을 고려한 통합적 접근이 대학생의 정신건강 문제 해결에 필수적
      임을 시사한다. 이와 같은 발견은 대학생의 우울 예방과 개입을 위한 실
      질적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

      This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of experiential
      avoidance and the moderated mediation effect of social support in the
      relationship between parental psychological control and depression
      among college students. An online self-report survey was conducted
      on male and female college students in their 20s, using scales for
      parental psychological control, depression, experiential avoidance, and
      social support. Data from 314 responses were analyzed using SPSS
      29.0 and PROCESS macro 4.2 programs.
      The results of this study are as follows:
      First, correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations
      among parental psychological control, depression, and experiential
      avoidance, while social support showed significant negative
      correlations with these variables.
      Second, experiential avoidance partially mediated the relationship
      between parental psychological control and depression.
      Third, social support significantly moderated the relationship
      between experiential avoidance and depression.
      Lastly, the moderated mediation effect of experiential avoidance and
      social support in the relationship between parental psychological
      control and depression was partially significant.
      These findings indicate that higher levels of perceived parental
      psychological control tend to increase depression levels in college
      students, which is further intensified through experiential avoidance.
      Notably, in the high social support group, increased experiential
      avoidance was associated with a sharp rise in depression levels. This
      suggests that social support may not simply act as a protective
      factor but can potentially strengthen the relationship between
      experiential avoidance and depression in certain contexts.
      This study emphasizes that parental psychological control is a key
      factor in college student depression, with experiential avoidance
      playing a crucial mediating role. It empirically demonstrates that the
      role of social support can be contextual and complex, challenging the
      existing notion of social support as solely a protective factor. This
      highlights the need for in-depth research on the interaction between
      parenting styles, psychological factors of children, and social support.
      The study underscores the importance of developing counseling and
      psychotherapy intervention strategies to improve parent-child
      relationships and reduce experiential avoidance. It also suggests that
      an integrated approach considering the appropriateness and
      effectiveness of social support is essential in addressing mental health
      issues among college students. These findings can serve as practical
      foundational data for the prevention and intervention of depression in
      college students.
