중.고 역도선수들의 시합시 심리변화에 관한 연구 = The Effects of Psychological On Weight-lifting Competition Change in Middle and High School Students

The study was to examine the correlation between stratum, carre, sex and 4factors(anxiety control, concentration, mentality and self-confidence). The questionnaires including the Psychological changes for sport were given to the 147 subject(66 Middle school and 81 high school weight lifters) to answer them.
The statical methods utilized in this were reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, and Correlation coefficient were used.
From the analysis of this study, the following conclusion were obtained:
1) players a psychological change in the hierarchy, Anxiety control, concentration, mental strength is higher in the high school students(p>.05), And high school students showed high confidence (p <.05).
The correlation coefficient, In confidence{r=.205(.013)} showed a high correlation coefficient(p<.05).
2) The player's career, Anxiety control, concentration was not significantly different (p>.05), but In spirit and confidence, there were significant differences (p <.05). And the confidence in the correlation coefficient r =. 196 (.018) showed a high correlation coefficient (p<.05).
3) psychological change according to gender, Control and confidence, high anxiety for boys, girls, mental concentration and was higher(p>.05), and Concentration was higher in girls than boys (p <.05).
The correlation coefficient for this also came a high-anxiety control and confidence for boys, and Concentration and mental ability to cope with the female students were higher.
In concentration{r=.202(.014)} showed a high correlation girls than boys.
4) results, according to the psychological change, Confidence and anxiety control were higher in the order of (p <.05).
In the correlation coefficient for this, Confidence{r=.176(.033)} results and showed a high correlation coefficient.
In this study, The following suggestions to.
1) The psychological pressure is too high will result in bad results. Therefore, leaders and players to talk to a lot of effort is necessary.
2) The players can not predict psychological changes do not change. Therefore, leaders should have the care and attention, And the players themselves must cope with the competitive situation. To do so, the training should be positive images.
