This study is researched 475 men and women in the Welfare Center for the Elderly. The data are obtained through one and one interview. The purpose of this study is to examine `how effect the attitude and experience of violence do the conjugal violence of the elderly`. The variables are as following; Dependent variable is CTS2(the revised Conflict Tactics Scale)-conjugal violence(psychological violence, physical violence, sexual violence, injury). Independent variables are socio-economic variable and attitude and experience of violence. The results of research are as following; 1. Ratio of violence(commit a spouse) ; psychological violence - 189 case(39.8%), physical violence-89case (18.8%), sexual violence-58case (12.2%), injury-32case(6.7%), total 92case (19.4%). 2. Ratio of violence(committed by a spouse) ; psychological violence - 179 case(37.2%), physical violence-76case (16.0%), sexual violence-56case(11.9%), injury-25case(5.3%), total 83case(17.6%). 3. The attitude experience of violence effected on conjugal violence of the elderly to positive direction.
