신약성서에 나타난 믿음과 행함의 철저 윤리에 관한 고찰 : 갈라디아서와 야고보서를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was peformed to compare the relation of faith and behavior on the Galatians with Letter of James ,and to understand whether the notions of two are contrary or are related to each other. In addition, it searched the true message for the community through notes on the body.
The different aspects about faith and behavior were suggested in the way to salvation depending historical situations and it has been getting excessive from the Reformation.
At first, in case of the behavior that Paul refuted, it has used as the formal behavior under the excuse of the Law rather than ' the native meaning of the Law.
It means that they don't deserve to be saved taking aim at people who show off their achievements in front of God and the love behavior in the faithful life has to be organically related to each other. It not only harmonize with the thought in Letter of James and the others on New Testament but also make a tension relieved and understand the contradiction in the Epistles of Paul- there are a lot of imperative expression though justification was said.
On the other hand, the behavior that James emphasized is the law of freedom as a love of neighborhood which is not related to the justice of Judaism or the achievements of the law. The law of James was summarized in Commandment of love which are God love and neighborhood love. The James comprehension of the law as love corresponds to Jesus life, teachings of Jesus which many Commandment were compressed into, Jesus love that completed the meaning of the law as a justice and a love in death and resurrection.
It is sure that 'faith' of Paul or 'behavior' of James is an unilateral problem. We have to know that the grace and love of God have a responsibility for becoming righteous by faith and the grace of God through our life. That is our faithful life and the way of sacred fire which become more completed for our salvation. The faith has to be asked many times everyday, at the same time, it is our life(behavior) itself which is living in answering the questions. It must not be collide any more that "Is it faith or behavior in the belief?" It is our duty that making the belief frame so that the faith and the behavior within God can be completed with the internal confession of faith and the external behavior.
