치유농업활동이 요양보호사의 스트레스 대처와 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Agro-healing Activity on Stress Coping and Job Satisfaction in Caregivers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 요양보호사의 치유농업활동이 스트레스 대처와 직무만족에 유의한 효과가 있는지 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 요양보호사 22명을 모집하여 실험집단과 대조집단에11명씩 최대한 동등하게 배정한 다음 활동 후 얻은 스트레스 대처와 직무만족 점수를 비교하는 비동등성 대조군 사전-사후 설계이다. 실험집단은 1일 1회 7일간 ‘수확의 기쁨’ 제목의치유농업활동을 하게 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 적극적 대처와 소극적 대처 간 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 대조집단과 달리 실험집단의 경우 활동 후 직무로 인한 스트레스가감소하였고, 셋째, 적극적 대처행위를 더 빈번하게 소극적 대처행위는 덜 빈번하게 사용하였고, 넷째, 직무만족도 향상되었다. 그러므로 치유농업활동은 스트레스에 취약한 요양보호사들의 스트레스 대처와 직무만족에 유용하다고 하겠다
