This study aims to redefine artificial intelligence ethics using virtue ethics, by addressing the prevalent conflict between humans and AI. Current AI ethics is often framed as a clash between humans and artificial intelligence, leading to formalized public ethical debates. The persistent conflicts arising from this perspective highlight the need for a flexible approach that adapts to evolving boundaries. Continuous technological advancements in AI further complicate the matter, blurring the line between ethical and technological issues. This study seeks to rectify these problems by employing a virtue ethics-oriented framework that transcends the human-AI conflict. By uniting humans and AI conceptually and directing them towards a shared goal, the study aims to uncover deeper AI ethics issues that demand philosophical exploration.
