시장제도 경제학과 ‘벽에 박은 수도꼭지’ 경제학

국문 초록 (Abstract)

시장이란 무엇인가? 시장은 ‘시장제도(제도, 인프라, 조직)’이다. 시장은 ‘주어진 것’이 아니고 ‘만들어 내는 것’이다. 모든 교환거래가 법정소송의 대상이 될 수 있다는 것은 교환거래가 공감(-동의) 과정에 서 만들어진다는 것을 보여주는 증거이다. 권리의 다툼은 가격의 문제가 아니고 공감(-동의)의 문제이 다. 시장의 교환행동이든, 조직에서 개인행동이든, 모두 공감(-동의) 과정을 거쳐서 이루어진다. 모두 관계교환(또는 공감교환) 행동이다. 공감(-동의) 차원 그리고 관계교환(또는 공감교환)의 개념이 시장제 도(제도, 인프라, 조직)를 분석적으로 설명할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

What is the market? The market means the market institution (institution, infrastructure, organization). The market is not what is given from the outset, but what is to create before accommodating exchange transactions. Every exchange transaction is no more than an incomplete contract due to the bounded rationality of the human cognitive system. Hence, every case of exchange transaction can be brought to the litigation, which is a shred of compelling evidence indicating that disputes erupt from the process of sympathy(-consent), not from the price. The market institution (institution, infrastructure, organization) works on the process of sympathy(-consent) to elicit the transaction. By the role of the process of sympathy(-consent), the market institution links to the exchange transaction. The sympathy(-consent) dimension, as well as the relation exchange (or sympathy exchange), lays an analytical ground to build the architecture of market institutions.
