집단미술치료가 모자 보호시설 입소아동의 자아 존중감에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of Group Art Therapy on Attention for Children of self-Esteem Sing-Mother Families

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that group art therapy affects on attention for children of self-esteem sing-mother families. this paper focuses on the self-esteem among the negative from their parent's and adapts 'Group Art Therapy' from among the various self-esteem services.
The participants in this study were 4 children of self-esteem sing-mother families and group art therapy program was consisted of 12 sessions and each 60-90 minute. session was carried our two times a week from May 2007 to June 2007.
The method for this purpose is as follows;
Firstly, it inspects the realities and influences of sing-mother families on attention for children of self-esteem in theory for the group art therapy.
Secondly, to find out the effect of the program by quality, it analyzes the action change of targets in the course of HTP, KFD, KSD before and after and also compares the difference of score in self-esteem index before and after by quantity.
The total process of the group art therapy is split in preliminary, preparation, incipiency, expression, practice, conclusion. In preliminary stage it selects targets for this study through the interview with a therapist and step-therapist in preparation stage it determines goal and rule progress of the expresses stage it expresses a negative emotion to make the feelings of targets be exchanged, and in practice stage it gropes a desirable action plan with the self-esteem improvement program. At the last conclusion stage it makes targets recognize their identity and sociality through adaptation of their valuable experience in the future.
The analyzed result on the change of self-esteem through the group art therapy is as follows.
It improved the self-esteem of the sing-mother families on attention for children. In personal analyzation there were improvements of self-esteem especially through 'Writing Merit and Demerit of Their Hands' and 'Imitating Their Body'. Through HTP, KFD, KSD, targets became more positive and stable than before and forms their self identity. By analyzing self-esteem index it came to know that, because all targets get higher score on the total self-esteem, social self-esteem, family self-esteem and self-esteem all improved.
Therefore, in these days as the need and utilization for art therapy increase, if the group art therapy combined with a group social work and art therapy is utilized, it would be effective as a specialized social service program to heal the children hurted form the Sing-Mother Families
