발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무 수행모형 개발 : 광주지역센터 가치만드소(所) 사례 = Development of Urban Smart Farm Leaf Vegetable Cultivation Job Performance Model for People with Developmental Disabilities : Case Study of Gachimandso in Gwangju Regional Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배의 직무, 책무, 활동과 활동분석을 개발하고 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배의 직무 수행을 원활하게 하기 위한 활동과 활동분석의 상대적 가치를 알아보고자 하였다. 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무 수행모형 개발은 장애인기업종합지원센터 광주지역 가치만드소(所)의 도시형 스마트팜 시설을 기준으로 2022년 9월부터 12까지 진행되었으며, 연구 방법으로 데이컴(DACUM) 을 사용하였다. 연구 절차는 첫째, 발달장애인들을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무와 책무를 분석하였고 둘째, 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무 수행을 위한 활동과 활동분석을 통하여 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 최종 직무 수행모형 개발로진행되었다. 그 결과 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무 수행모형은 2개의 직무, 6개의 책무, 18개의 활동과 124개의 활동분석으로 구성되었고, 각 활동분석에 대한 결정계수를 분석하여 우선순위가 높은 직무의 핵심내용을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직무와 책무 중 발달장애인의 직무 수행 적응을위한 중재의 핵심 활동과 필요성을 알게 되었고, 특히 발달장애인의 개인 특성 및 환경에따른 상세한 활동분석의 가치를 논의할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study developed jobs, duties, activities, and an activity analysis of leaf vegetable cultivation for people with developmental disabilities. The objective was to investigate the relative value of activities and activity analysis for facilitating the performance of urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation. The development of an urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation job performance model for people with developmental disabilities was carried out from September to December 2022. It was based on the urban smart-farm facilities of the “Gachimandso” in Gwangju, with Disabled Enterprise Business Center, and DACUM being used as a research method. First, urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation jobs and duties were analyzed for people with developmental disabilities. Second, through the activities and activity analysis of the urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation job performance, the final job performance model of urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation was developed. As a result, the urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation job performance model for people with developmental disabilities consisted of 2 jobs, 6 duties, 18 activities, and 124 activity analyses. In addition, the determinant coefficient for each activity analysis was analyzed to determine the results of activities—with activity analysis relative values eventually being found. Based on the research results, it was possible to understand the core activities and necessity of interventions for urban smart-farm leaf vegetable cultivation and job performance adaptation for individuals with developmental disabilities. Notably, the value of detailed activity analysis based on the personal characteristics as well as the environment of individuals with developmental disabilities was discussed.
