      The purpose of this study is to arrange a frame of effectively utilizing on the field by examining correlation between enneagram and color leadership as part of a research on correlation between personality types and leadership, and by suggesting the fundamental direction in its application. As for subjects, it had a sample as the graduates from step 1 for enneagram among people who completed workshop at Korean Enneagram Education Center. Given examining correlation between the personality type in enneagram and the color leadership according to the results of this study, those are as follows. The Reformer(type 1), Helper(type 2), Motivator(type 3), Loyalist(type 6) showes the biggest relationship with the side leadership. The Generalist(type 7) showed relationship with the vision leadership. The Leader(type 8) showed relationship with the vision, power leadership. The Peacemaker(type 9) showed relationship with the servant and the side leadership. Given examining relationship between the center of force in enneagram and the color leadership, those are as follows. Type of instinct (types No. 1, 8, and 9) centering on instinct showed relationship with the servant, side, power, and vision leadership. Type of Feeling (types No. 2, 3, and 4) centering on emotion showed relationship with the side, servant leadership. Type of Thinking (types No. 5, 6, and 7) centering on thinking showed relationship with the side, supe, and innovative leadership. Accordingly, in forming items of questionnaire, diverse jobs need to be reflected. And, there will be necessity of considering that the distribution in its leadership may be indicated differently even depending on whether being medium leader or top leader.
