아지트 만들기 수업에서 아동학습자들의 심미적 경험 고찰 = A case study on aesthetic experience of child learners through a project 'building a hiding place'

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The culture and art education program has been an explosive increase in quantity after the establishment support of arts education policy enacted ‘Culture and Arts Education Assistance Act’, and accordingly is increasing attention on the qualitative improvement. I tried to find the meaning of culture and art education by observing of a good arts and culture education program. I choose child learners as research target cause of their open mind and less prejudice to a new experience. For analysis of their aesthetic experience and of the resulting changes I used depth case research. The aesthetic experiences of the child learners were categorized and analyzed as experience-, explore-, discover-activities. The children made themselves the learning process through the weekly group discussions and participated actively inquiry activity with a strange sight. They found a way to solve the problem of conflict and disagreement that took place in the human relationship-building themselves reasonable, and also experienced a moment of recognition among the look around new perspective, to respect and listen to the opinion of the minority in discussion. In connection with this study result, I discussed what are the forms of arts education to provide aesthetic experience to the learner and presented this case as one form. The features of this case are 'a long-term, sustainable program, that navigates the learner to actively participate in class activities, that let make learners education-process themselves, and teaches as a guide to create independent learners'.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

문화예술교육지원법 제정 이후 양적 증가를 보인 문화예술교육 프로그램은 이제 질적향상에 대한 관심으로 방향을 틀고 있다. 연구자는 양질의 문화예술교육프로그램을 관찰하여 통해 문화예술교육의 의미를 찾고자 하였다. 연구방법은 새로운 경험에 편견이 적고 개방적인 아동학습자를 대상으로 이들의 심미적 경험과 그로 인한 변화를 분석하기 위해 질적 심층사례관찰하였다. 연구문제인 아동학습자의 심미적 경험은 ‘경험-, 탐구-, 발견활동‘으로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 아동들은 매주 집단토의를 통해 수업과정을 직접 만들었고 낯선 시선으로 탐색활동에 적극적으로 참여했다. 인간관계 구축에서 벌어진 갈등과 의견대립의 문제는 스스로 합리적인 해결방법을 찾았다. 또한 소수자의 의견을 경청하고 존중하는 가운데 주변을 새로운 관점으로 보는 인식의 순간을 경험하였다. 연구결과와 연관하여 학습자에게 심미적 경험을 제공하는 문화예술교육의 형태를 논의하고, 연구사례를 한 유형으로 제시하였다. 연구사례의 특징은 ‘장기적이고 지속적인 수업, 학습자가 적극적으로 참여하는 탐색활동, 학습자들이 함께 만들어가는 수업, 학습자를 주체적으로 만드는 안내자’이다.
