物理治療士의 職務滿足에 관한 硏究

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라는 경제적인 발전에 따라 사회의 전반적인 질이 향상되어 가고 있으며 이와 더불어 고도의 산업화와 도시화의 확대로 산업재해 및 교통사고등이 급증하였다. 이로 인하여 장애인이 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있으며 이와 더불어 장애인을 치료하는 물리 치료사의 중요성이 증대되어 가고 있다. 이에 물리치료사의 직무 만족이 환자 및 장애인에게 제공하는 치료 및 교육적 서비스가 향상된다고 보고 물리치료사의 직무만족도를 측정하고 직무만족도에 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 본 연구를 수행하였다.
연구자료는 재활원 및 특수시설, 일반 병의원 시설 등 114명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의하여 수집하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 전체에 대한 만족도는 재활원 및 특수시설의 물리치료사의 직무만족도가 일반 병, 의원시설 물리치료사의 직무만족도 보다 약간 높았다.
툴째, 만족요인은 동료관계의 우호성, 환자의 존경, 책임의 분명성, 직장에 대한 자부심, 직무에 대한 적성, 상사의 인정등의 순이었다.
세째, 주변요인은 신분의 안정, 상위자격, 학위를 얻기위한 노력, 상사의 감독 및 영향력, 승진 등이었다.
네째, 불만족 요인은 보수수준, 기관의 학술 습득 기회 제공, 직장의 관리 운영방침 둥의 순서로 불만족도가 높았다.
이상에서 물리치료사의 직무만족을 증대시키고 직무의 불만족 요인을 제거시키기 위한 요인별 만족도를 구하였다. 그러나 모든 서비스의 조직이 그러하듯 물리치료사의 직무만족도를 정확히 측정하기는 곤란하였다. 특히 물리치료사의 개인적 특성과 기관의 특성이 미치는 영향을 면밀히 관련시켜서 고려하여야 하나 이 연구에서는 다만 물리치료사의 표면적인 직무만족만을 고려하였다. 앞으로 물리치료사의 직무만족과 치료성과에 관련된 연구가 요망 된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There are many factors to determine effectiveness in Special Education. In these factors, the physical Therapy is one of the key factor.
Therefore, the main purpose do this study is to find the basic suggestion which is needed to make a plan in order to optimize the efficiency of Physical Yherapist. We analyzed the components related to Physical Therapist's job satisfaction and discussed the relationship between Special Institution Physical
Therapists and General Hospital Physical Therapists.
These questionaires were collected 114 persons in Special Institution and Gensral Hospital.
The result were as follows:
1.Special Institution Physical Therapist's job satisfaction higher than General Hospital Physical Therapists'.
2.The factors of satisfaction were patient's esteem, the good relationship of peers, the responsibility, the self-esteem on the job works, adaptation on the job and recognition of the superintendent.
3.The factors of circumstance were guarantee of status, employment security an desire for licence and diploma in order, the management of superintendent and climbs.
4.The factors of unsatisfaction were work's management plan, opportunity of accademic and practical experience and fair wages.
In the result, I got satisfaction of each factor to increase Physical Therapist job satisfaction and to reject his job an satisfied factor. I found it difficult to measure like this all service organization. In particular, I had to consider that Physical Therapist' individual character and the character of organization influenced upon it, but this report was only considers Physical Therapist's suficial job satisfaction. In future, I wish Physical Therapist job satisfaction and therapeutic outcome are worked.
