Since 21th century, the unit of human survival competition has been changing from a country to the complicated communities based on the national concepts. As the boundaries of many different markets are disappearing, each nation found out their original nationalism and identity which develop the complex systems through cultural origins, politics and economic unities.
Currently, companies are requiring the networks of global economic information, and emphasize the importance of human resource development. To follow those international mainstreams, we need to build up the global Korean-networks. And for this purpose more studies are necessary such as the connection plan of practical network and the method of management and control of field organization for the further development of the Korean-network.
This report includes the analysis of other national networks and the survey which was investigated in the 7th international Han-Sang convention. It was used to found out Han-Sang network’s status and practical application. Also, it represented the effectiveness of Han-Sang convention and the value of network, client’s satisfaction, the measurement and the improvement of the business result. Lastly, this information suggested some problems for the development of Han-Sang convention’s service level and revitalization.
The survey was investigated by 509 clients who attended the 7th international Han-Sang convention, and used quantitative analysis called on-the-spot survey. According to the survey, 80.8% of all attendants satisfied Han-Sang convention. The main reason of their satisfactions was the thorough preparation of conventional performance. And, the reason of dissatisfaction was the lack of substantiality on program. The satisfaction ratio of 7th Convention was much higher than the 6thConvention especially in the business R&D systems. However, one of the main dissatisfaction factors was the failure of matching businesses partners and this would need further modification.
The result of this research represents that Han-Sang programs were a lot more improved. However, it also showed that there were still many areas still to be improved for the satisfaction of all the attendants and clients. Also, further studies about the needs of all attendants and clients are necessary.
