The purpose of this study is to identify practical elements that can be used in daycare centers by examining domestic and international literature and journals related to the establishment of strengths-based child care environments centered on infants and toddlers with 'attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)' for multicultural welfare. To this end, the research content first analyzes the concept and necessity of strengths-based child care environments in the context of multicultural welfare. Second, the characteristics and strengths of ADHD-prone infants and toddlers are presented based on a variety of literature. Finally, the elements of a strengths-based childcare environment that can be used in daycare centers are specifically presented, focusing on infants and toddlers with ADHD. This study is significant in that it can improve the quality of life of infants and toddlers with ADHD, increase the well-being of their families, reduce the burden of guidance for ADHD-prone infants and toddlers as general daycare teacher rather than special education nursery teacher that currently support integrated care for children with disabilities, and contribute to high-quality integrated education.
