중고령 발달장애인 서비스 종사자를 위한 시설유형별 교육과정 개발 연구 = A Study on the Development of Curriculum for Service Workers with Middle-Aged and Elderly with Developmental Disabilities by Facility Type

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중고령 발달장애인을 대상으로 다양한 사회복지실천 현장에서 서비스 개입을 수행하는 종사자의 전문성 함양을 도모할 수 있는 차별화된 교육과정을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중고령 발달장애인, 발달장애인 관련 문헌과 선행연구를 살펴보고, 사회복지학, 특수교육학, 직업재활학 등의 석사 이상의 학위를 소지하거나 장애인복지 현장에서 최소 20년 이상의 경험을 가진 중고령 발달장애인 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 델파이 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 거주시설, 장애인복지관, 주간보호시설, 기타시설별로 종사자에게 필요한 시설 공통 기본 필수 교육 주제와 시설유형별 선택 교육 주제를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 중고령 발달장애인 실천개입 종사자가 이수해야 할 필수 및 선택 사항의 교육과정 내용에 내포된 직무역량의 주요 특성과 이에 대한 실천적 제언 5가지를 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum that can bolster the expertise of workers who perform service at various social welfare sites for the middle-aged and elderly with developmental disabilities. To this end, we will look at literature and prior studies related to middle-aged and developmental disabilities, 17 expert panel members with higher degrees with at least 20 years of experience in the field were assembled and two-round Delphi study was conducted. As a result of the study, common basic mandatory education topics for workers in residential facilities, welfare centers for the disabled, day care centers, and other facilities and optional education topics by facility type were derived. Based on this, the main characteristics of job competencies contained in the mandatory and optional curriculum that middle-aged and older people with developmental disabilities must complete and five practical suggestions for these were proposed.
