사회연결망 분석을 활용한 척수손상 환자들의 일상생활 활동 수행구조 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 척수손상 환자들의 일상생활 활동의 수행구조를 SNA를 활용하여 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 18명의 척수손상 환자를 대상으로 일상생활활동의 수행구조를 분석하였으며, 분석에 있어 SNA를 활용하였다. SNA에 있어 분석 지표로써, 연결정도 중심성을 분석하였다. 자료수집은 지역사회 건강조사에서 제시하고 있는 일상생활활동 항목을 활용하여 조사하였고, 활동에 대한 만족도를 SNA의 강도로 설정하여 조사하였다. 그 결과, 연결정도 중심성은 평균 .143, 최소 .024, 최대 .292로 나타났다. 중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 Personal health care (.292)로 나타났으며, Social activities, Participatory activities의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 척수손상 환자들의 일상생활 수행 구조의 관계를 SNA를 활용하여 분석했다는 점에서 임상적 의의가 있으며, SNA를 활용하여 일상생활활동 중 어떠한 활동이 중요한지를 설명하는데 중요한 가치를 제공한다. 이에, 본 연구의 결과는 척수손상 환자들의 일상생활과 관련된 중재접근에 있어, 중재 목표를 설정하고, 계획을 수립하는 데 중요한 통찰력을 제공할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance structure of daily living activities in patients with spinal cord injury using SNA. Accordingly, this study analyzed the performance structure of activities of daily living targeting 18 spinal cord injury patients, and used SNA in the analysis. As an analysis indicator in SNA, centrality of connectivity was analyzed. Data collection was conducted using the daily living activities items presented in the community health survey, and satisfaction with the activities was surveyed by setting the intensity of SNA. As a result, the degree centrality was found to be an average of .143, a minimum of .024, and a maximum of .292. The keyword with the highest centrality was Personal health care (.292), followed by Social activities and Participatory activities. This study has clinical significance in that it analyzed the relationship between the performance structures of daily living in patients with spinal cord injury using SNA, and provides important value in explaining which activities of daily living are important using SNA. Accordingly, the results of this study will provide important insight into setting intervention goals and establishing plans in the intervention approach related to the daily lives of patients with spinal cord injury.
