간호대학생의 사회정서역량, 교수-학생 상호작용이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Social Emotional Competency and Professor-Student Interaction on College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회정서역량과 교수-학생 상호작용, 대학생활적응의 관계를 살펴보고 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구의 대상자는 K도 소재 대학에 재학중인 간호학과 1학년에서 4학년 학생으로 총 188명의 설문 응답을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, hierachical regression을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 간호대학생의 사회정서역량과 교수-학생 상호작용(r=.377, p<.001), 대학생활적응(r=.494, p<.001)은 양적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에는 전공만족도(β=.225, p<.001)와 학점(β=-.289, p<.001), 사회정서역량(β=.354, p<.001)과 교수-학생 상호작용(β=.215, p<.001)이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며 이들 변수의 설명력은 46.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 대학생활적응과 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있으며 간호대학생의 학교 적응을 위해 사회정서역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 교육 및 지원이 요구된다.

This study examines the relationship between social-emotional competence, professor-student interactions, and college life adjustment for nursing students, and identifies factors influencing college life adjustment. The study included a total of 188 nursing students from the first to fourth year at a university in K Province, whose survey responses were analyzed. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 29.0 statistical software, which involved employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression. The study revealed that nursing students exhibited positive correlations between their social-emotional competence, professor-student interaction(r=.377, p<.001), and college life adjustment(r=.494, p<.001). Furthermore, the study identified major satisfaction(β=.225, p<.001), academic grades(β=-.289, p<.001), social-emotional competence(β=.354, p<.001), and professor-student interaction(β=.215, p<.001) as significant factors influencing nursing students' adjustment to college life. These variables collectively accounted for 46% of the variance. The results of this study hold importance, as they offer fundamental information for further research on the adaptation of nursing students to the college environment. Additionally, they underscore the necessity of diverse educational initiatives and support structures to bolster social-emotional proficiency and enhance the collegiate adjustment of nursing students.
