양구군 대암산 용늪의 지하수위 변화 연구 = Water table variation of Yongnup located at Daeam-san, Yanggu-gun

The purpose of this study is to clarify the distribution and variation of water table of Yongnup located at the Daeam Mt.(1280m), Yanggu-gun Kangwon Province. The investigation of groundwater condition was performed during 5 months from July to November 2000. The results of the study are as follows: First, in many places of Yongnup, the water table is located under the surface during unrainy seaseon. It means that the water condition of Yongnup is almost unsaturated. Second, the water table the upper and lower part of Yongnup is lower than the middle part of it. So the desertification of Yongnup is the most important problem for the conservation of it. Third, the water table of unvegetated ground of Yongnup was maintained steadily and affected by sheet flow on the surface.
