조선시대 山水遊記의 Database 구축을 위한 Directory 분류 방안 = Directory classification plan for constructing a database of Joseon Dynasty Nature travelogues

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산수유기는 산수를 遊覽하고 그 여정과 감회 등을 기록한 글이다. 한국 산수유기는 유람이 가장 성행했던 조선시대에 창작된 작품이 절대다수를 차지한다. 산수유기에는 다양한 층위의 정보와 이야기가 담겨있다. 문학작품으로서의 가치뿐만 아니라 당대의 시대상을 이해하고 복원할 수 있는 사료적 가치와 콘텐츠로 활용될 수 있는 무한 잠재성을 지닌 자료로 주목되며 다양한 학문 분야에서 산수유기를 인용·활용한 연구가 이루어졌다.
산수유기는 누가 어떤 방향에서 접근하는가에 따라 효용성이 달라지며 현대적 가치 창출도 가능하다. 산수유기가 연구·활용 등의 원천콘텐츠로 이용이 더욱 활성화되려면 접근성이 용이한 DB 구축이 전제되어야 한다는 당위성은 부연할 필요가 없다.
산수유기와 같은 전통 기록물의 DB 구축은 IT 전문가 영역과 인문학 전문가 영역의 결합이 필수적이다. 전통 기록물의 DB 구축 시 인문학 전문가 영역에서 제시할 수 있는 방향은 디렉토리 분류이다. 디렉토리 분류는 해당 데이터의 이용자 타켓팅에 고려될 가장 기초적이면서도 중요한 작업이며, 이는 데이터에 대한 식견이 있어야 가능하다.
산수유기의 DB 구축은 산수유기를 현대인들의 독서물로 대중화시키고, 다학제 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 수 있는 토대를 마련하는 것이며, 원천콘텐츠로서의 효용가치를 더욱 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다. 본 글에서는 산수유기의 DB 구축에 있어 그 특징과 효용성을 견지한 디렉토리 분류의 구체적인 방안을 제시해 보고자 했다.

Nature travelogues(山水遊記) are writings about traveling to mountains and water and recording the journey and feelings. Nature travelogues are overwhelmingly works created during the Joseon Dynasty when travel was most popular. Nature travelogues contain many layers of information and stories. In addition to its value as a literary work, it has historical value that allows us to understand and restore the spirit of the times. And it has been recognized as a resource with infinite potential for use as content, and research has been conducted in various academic fields.
Building a database of traditional records requires a combination of IT and humanities experts. When constructing a database, the direction that can be suggested by the humanities expert field is directory classification. Directory classification is the most basic and important task that is considered when considering the characteristics of the database and user targeting. This is possible only if you have knowledge about the data. In this paper, we attempted to present a concrete plan for Directory classification that has the characteristics and utility of nature travelogues Building a database of nature travelogues will popularize it as a modern reading material, provide a foundation for active interdisciplinary research, and increase its utility as content.
