In this study, It was conducted to analyze of quantity of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in
persimmon leaves with extraction condition using HPLC system. Chromatographic separation was
achieved on a ACE3 C18-HL column (3.0 x 150 mm, 3μm particle size) and the detection was
made at 210 nm. A isocratic elution was programmed with the mobile phases of Acetonitrile with
0.1% formic acid (A) and DW with 0.1% formic acid (B) and a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min. The total
run time was 50 min. The most high quantity of oleanolic in EtOH Extracts in 70℃ was 124.6 mg/kg,
and ursolic acid in EtOH extracts in 70℃ was 357.0 mg/kg.
