This study explored the proper methods of education and the effectiveness of separated education, by understanding differences between automatic anger thoughts and anger expression method of actual drivers punished for aggressive/road rage driving. In the results of study, the level of trait anger and state anger of road rage drivers was higher while they felt more state anger under the condition of arousing anger because of their high level of trait anger. Their low level of anger control carried out the anger expression. Also, the automatic thoughts of 'blaming others' of road rage drivers expressed the best of anger expression while the anger expression of automatic thoughts of 'blaming others' of aggressive drivers showed the remarkably lower explanatory power than the one of road rage drivers. Such differences in anger expression methods and automatic thoughts between aggressive and road rage drivers, suggest that the purpose/method of education for them should be different as well. If a cognitive approach to the thought of blaming others mainly shown in road rage drivers is applied to the counseling of 'considerate drivers class' only targeting road rage drivers from September 3rd, their dangerous driving behaviors could be prevented.
